The terms and conditions apply to all orders. By placing an order with Gifts 2 Impress Ltd t/a Just Lanyards, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility for any failure or delay in carrying out our obligations under the contract caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Although some products featured on this website may include company logos, these are for display purposes only and do not mean they have necessarily been supplied by ourselves to the company concerned. Please note that our website may sometimes feature links to other websites that we have no control over the content of, and can take no responsibility for them.
These will be sent to you directly from our website, however should there be any discrepancies. i.e the artwork has more colours than the customer has quoted or we need to change the style of lanyard to suit the logo, we will re-quote for the corrected products and request any extra payment should this occur. Therefore all orders are accepted subject to sight of artwork.
The prices shown on this website are guide prices only and may be adjusted according to individual requirements or to take account of any unforeseen additional charges. Final quotes will be confirmed only after receipt of artwork and full job specification. Please note that all prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.
When placing an order, existing account holders must then make full payment within 30 days of invoice unless previously agreed. For new accounts, full payment must be made at the time of placing the order. When you place an order using a credit/debit card on our website, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Online payment facilities are available or payment by telephone is also accepted if preferred.
We are entitled to pursue payment of overdue payments any time after the payment becomes due and may charge you for any legal or collection fees incurred as a result. Non-payment of invoices could be liable to incur a 5% charge month on month of the total invoice, no further order will be supplied until the said account is cleared.
While every effort is made to accurately describe and portray our products on the website and in brochures, we cannot guarantee accuracy and will not take any responsibility for any misleading description or any resulting loss. We reserve the right to amend the details and designs of products illustrated on the website and in brochures without notice.
All images and descriptions of any products on the website such as attachments, buckles and ski pass reels are shown with the best intentions however these may slightly vary from time to time by the manufacturer therefore we accept no responsibility for slight changes to the actual product shown
We are happy to provide samples of lanyards on request and these will be FOC.
The final, delivered quantity may be within 5% of the amount ordered and will complete the order. You will be charged at the agreed rate for the amount delivered. If you need to change quantity prior to processing the order, this must be made in writing and will be treated as a separate contract unless you notify us before any work begins on the original order.
We can sometimes arrange for you to receive a smaller quantity than that displayed on the website or brochure, but this may incur an extra charge. Please ask about this when you order.
We will make every effort to match colour specifications, including pantone numbers and colour samples, as closely as possible, we cannot guarantee an exact match but will endeavour to match as closely as possible. The industry benchmark is +/- 10% tolerance.
To enable us to reproduce your artwork to the best possible quality we may have to make amendments or even re-draw depending on the quality of the image supplied, if this is necessary we will advise the changes and will only commence printing when you have signed off the proof via email. Please notify any omissions or changes required immediately. Charges may be applicable for this service depending on the complexity of the design we will quote prior to commencement.
In supplying Gifts 2 Impress Ltd t/a Just Lanyards with any logo, trademark, graphic, picture or other artwork, you guarantee that you have unrestricted right to use, copy and distribute it in the form in which it will be used on the product (s) you purchase. Gifts 2 Impress Ltd t/a Just Lanyards may not be held liable for any claims that any products ordered by the customer violate the rights of a third party.
You will receive a ‘proof’ of your artwork by email to show you how the final product will look. Gifts 2 Impress Ltd t/a Just Lanyards will not approve an order for print until final, signed off approval of the artwork has been received in writing from the client. We do not accept liability for any errors or omissions discovered after the order has been signed off.
If a claim arises due to goods damage in transit, please contact us within 24 hours in order that we can take this up with the carrier.
In the unlikely event that you need to return any item, please contact us prior to returning to discuss any issues you have in order that we may be able rectify as soon as possible provided that the issue is due to faulty goods. We cannot accept goods back that have been incorrectly printed if an error has occurred with the artwork that has been approved by the customer. With regard to PLAIN STOCK LANYARDS, please be aware that we have a NO RETURNS POLICY for any plain lanyards that are purchased – this is due to customers returning used lanyards after an event.
We will charge for all cancelled orders, to include a charge for the work already carried out prior to cancellation. Example: If pre-production samples are produced and then cancelled we will charge for each product at the rate quoted or if an order is processed and artwork produced a cancellation charge of £35.00 is applied.
Delivery and Lead Times
Delivery times vary according to individual products. We may be able to offer express delivery on certain products, but this will be subject to additional charges in keeping with current commercial rates. We will always do our best to deliver on time, but will not accept liability for any loss arising from delay or error in the delivery of the goods. Lead times will begin from the time when we receive written, signed off approval of the artwork from the client. All delivery charges on this website are quoted delivered to one UK address. Please note that circumstances beyond our control such as customs clearance and bad weather may affect lead-times from time to time.
Title & Risk
The risk of the goods will transfer to the buyer at the address stated on the order upon delivery, but the goods will remain our property until full payment is received. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to remove those goods and to enter the address stated on the order to repossess those goods. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you hereby give us permission to enter your premises to repossess goods which are not paid for within the specified time.
You must carefully check all goods when they are delivered and confirm receipt. You must notify Gifts 2 Impress Ltd t/a Just Lanyards in writing of any loss or damage of the goods in transit, or of any claims regarding the quality or quantity of the goods, to reach us within five days of receiving your order. In respect of non-delivery, you must send your claim in writing to reach us within four days of receiving our invoice.

Gifts 2 Impress Ltd t/a Just Lanyards will from time to time contact you by email with regard to any changes we make to the website. Any information we email will be relevant to the use of the website and explain how we have improved access to our products and to your own account.
All claims procedures should be carried out with the time scales allotted, so far as defects in the goods cause death, injury or damage to personal property shall be limited totally to the value of the goods. We shall not accept any responsibility for loss or damage arising from the supply of good under this contract.
For the purpose of the contract Force Majeure means that if any event occurs which is beyond our control caused our inability to fulfil our obligations to the contract as in: transportation, strikes (by third party workforce’s) act of God, war, riot malicious damage, fire, flood or default of suppliers Gifts 2 Impress Ltd t/a Just Lanyards shall not be liable to the buyer.
